Roles in digital product design are getting increasingly siloed with "specialists" owning UX, UI/visual design, User research and what not and it is increasingly becoming rare to find that "unicorn" who can not only spot the functional usability issues causing friction but at the same time has an eye on pixel imperfections, visual imbalance, misalignment and lack of emotion
